Using AI allowed us to generate surreal, expressive forms, while illustration gave us control over tone, warmth, and sensuality. This hybrid approach let us create images that felt playful, intimate, and unmistakably queer without tipping into parody or fetishization. Launching around Toronto Pride, the campaign results prove that when a brand truly understands culture, safety does not need to be sanitized. It can be celebrated.
